With a list of influences that runs from PJ Harvey to QOTSA, Nirvana to Florence and The Machine,  Scarlet Joy has forged a unique fusion that is both vulnerable and powerful, weaving haunting vocals, distorted guitars and fierce drums, with intense sentiment. 

 

They have been bringing their exciting mix of potent grunge and emotive alternative rock to independent venues and grass roots festivals throughout the UK.

 

 Scarlet Joy released their debut album Mourning Pages in November 2022, which lays bare the whole human condition, exploring themes of love, loss, hope and fate.

Based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire , Scarlet Joy's new EP The Burning Days is out now on all major streaming platforms.

 

In writing these new songs Scarlet Joy has embraced and descended into deeper levels of openness and instinct, reflecting on the themes of addiction and recovery.
